Five dimensions are explored across multiple sessions — cognitive reasoning, creative expression, technical aptitude, interpersonal ability, and analytical thinking.

Technical aptitude-the ability to understand systems, tools, and logic-based structures-is evaluated through structured reasoning tasks and interest observation across STEM areas.
The ability to connect, communicate, lead, and collaborate with others is observed across interactions and self-reported patterns. Students with high interpersonal aptitude are matched to people-centred career paths.
The ability to break down complex data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions is assessed through reasoning tasks and academic performance analysis across subjects.
A five-stage cycle is followed-from pre-session profiling to periodic review-so every skill is surfaced with evidence, not assumption.
Academic records, subject preferences, extracurricular involvement, and initial self-reported interests are collected before the first session-giving the mentor a baseline to work from.
Multiple one-on-one sessions are conducted using targeted exercises, scenario-based questions, and structured reflection prompts-each designed to surface specific skill clusters.
