Future planning at LisMorient is not a one-time conversation. It is an ongoing, evolving process through which a student's academic performance, interests, aptitude, and ambitions are studied-and a realistic, inspiring path forward is designed around them.
Students in grades 6 through 12 are supported at every transition point-from choosing the right stream in class 11, to identifying the right entrance exams, to understanding what university choices align with their long-term vision.

A comprehensive one-on-one session is conducted to understand the student's current academic standing, interests, natural aptitudes, and initial career inclinations.
Academic results, subject preferences, extracurricular patterns, and personality tendencies are mapped together to reveal genuine strengths and meaningful directions.
A detailed future roadmap is created-stream selection, subject choices, entrance exams, target institutions, and year-by-year milestones are documented clearly.
Every three months, the roadmap is reviewed. Progress is assessed, changes in the student's interests or performance are factored in, and the plan is updated accordingly.
